RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Khantil Group, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order or You can go for an Exchange if you are facing the size issue in the same design. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Khantilgroup website.
Note : Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

In case of any such discrepancy, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Please share images of the product along with shipping label.
Guidelines for a valid return and exchange :-
1. The product should be in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging
2. Product must be unused.
3. Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition.
We will send you a confirmation email/message as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Note : In case of Return or Exchange Shipping charges are born by customer.
Exchanges:
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Under Exchange Policy:
1. Only size exchanges or defective items are allowed.
2. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
3. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately
REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy - Once a return request has been placed with Khantilgroup Customer Service, it usually takes 3-5 business days. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 24-48 hours. After the quality check refund will be process within 1-3 days to direct customer account.
Payment refund by Google Pay, Paytm, Phone Pay, & Bank Transfer. We are not providing cash back.
